Returns Policy
If your order is damaged or the incorrect item was delivered to you, you have 14 days from receiving your goods to inform us of this. You then have a further 14 days to return the item for either a replacement or a full refund.
If you change your mind and choose to return an item, you have 14 days from receiving your order to inform us of this decision and a further 14 days to return it. Upon receipt of the item and inspecting it you ensure it has been returned in the same condition that it was dispatched to you in, a full refund will be issued.
Please note, all returns are made at your expense. However, if goods were returned to to being faulty and this fault is verified when inspected by us, the postage cost of delivery will also be refunded.
If you have not communicated any of the above to us within 14 days, Pygan Designs will consider this item as having been accepted by you, the customer.
Please note, Pygan Designs takes no responsibility for any goods that are either lost or damaged on their return to us. The risk in the goods will remain with you until they have been returned to Pygan Designs.
If an item is lost in transit on its return, Pygan Designs may, in its sole discretion, refrain from processing any refund and require evidence from you that the items were sent back to us. To avoid doubt, any refunds will only be processed once all returned goods have been assessed as being returned in the same condition in which they were sent.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used when placing your order.
